Short Bio

John is a life-long resident of Brevard County, Florida. He has originated the entire spectrum of loans, since 1993. John is married, since 1995, to Ana Kendall, Co-Owner and Marketing Director of Kendall Mortgage. He and Ana not only share the responsibilities for operating the mortgage business, but for also raising their three daughters. John is involved in contributing time and resources to charitable organizations and schools throughout Brevard County.

Ana was born and raised in Miami and has made her home in Brevard County since 1994. Ana has been Kendall Mortgage's marketing liaison since 1995. She and John have three daughters. Ana spends her time volunteering at the school PTO and tutoring Spanish on an individual basis.

Emilie was born and raised in Brevard County. She and her husband, Kyle, have three daughters. She feels blessed to have been able to be a stay-at-home mom for the majority of her daughters' childhoods and to dedicate that time to her family. She also has a passion for sports and is a community coach at her local high school. Emilie brings a lot to the table when it comes to assisting her clients. Her knowledge, work ethic and tenacity are only matched by her honesty, integrity and willingness to help.
